And companies from Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Mumbai who want to bring their teams to Kerala for an offsite or leadership retreat.

What type of events do you handle?
We handle the full range of corporate events that IT companies run through the year.
Annual days. Festival celebrations like Onam and Christmas. Team outings and day outs. Sports days. Awards and recognition nights. Leadership offsites and strategy meets. Town halls. Conferences and summits. Family days.

How far in advance should we start planning?
It depends on the size and complexity of the event.
For team outings and small celebrations, two to four weeks is usually enough.
For annual days, awards nights and conferences, 30 to 45 days, gives us the right amount of time to plan well and get the best vendors.
For leadership offsites and destination events, 2 months is ideal. Especially if the venue needs to be blocked in advance.
That said, we have pulled together good events in a week when a client needed it.
If you have a short timeline, tell us. We will be straight with you about what is possible.
Can you handle short-notice events?
Yes, within reason.
A team outing or a festival celebration can be put together quickly. A well-executed annual day for 300 people cannot.

How much does a corporate event cost?
It depends on the type of event, the number of people, the venue and what you want to include.
As a broad range, most IT company events we work on fall between 3 lakhs and 15 lakhs.
A team outing for 50 people sits at the lower end. A well-produced annual day for 300 people sits at the higher end.

Do you work only in Kochi & Trivandrum?
No. We work across Kerala.
Our primary clients are based in Infopark Kochi and Technopark Trivandrum.
But we plan and execute events at venues across the state. Munnar. Wayanad. Kovalam. Alleppey. Wherever the event needs to happen.
We also work with companies from outside Kerala who want to bring their teams here for offsites and retreats.
