Hi. I am Subhash Chandran.

I have spent 15 years planning and executing corporate events in Kerala and across India.

Over 200+ events during these 15+ years in the events industry.

Annual days. Offsites. Conferences. Festival celebrations. Awards nights. Team outings.

Large gatherings and intimate ones.

What I Have
Learned In These 15 Years

Every event has a purpose. A real one.

It is not "we need to do something for Onam" or "the leadership wants an annual day this year."

Behind every brief there is something more specific.

- A team that needs to reconnect.

- A company that has grown fast and needs to rebuild its culture.

- A leadership group that needs to align before a big year ahead.

The events that stay with people are the ones where that real purpose was found early.

And then designed into every stage of the experience.

- The invite.

- The arrival.

- The flow of the day.

- The talk between sessions.

- Even the delegate kits.

When each of those is thought through, an event stops being a function.

It becomes something people actually remember.

We work with a small number of clients at a time. Deliberately.

Every client gets our full focus. We sit with them. We ask the questions they have not thought to ask themselves.

We help them get clear on what they want the event to do.

Even when they come to us not entirely sure what that is.

Then we plan it. Then we execute it. One team throughout.

We do not measure ourselves by how many events we do in a year.

We measure ourselves by whether each event was worth doing.
