About Aktivate
Hi, I am Subhash Chandran.
I have spent more than fifteen years working in the events space in Kerala.
Most of my work has been hands-on. Planning events, designing formats, managing teams, working closely with venues and handling on-ground execution.
Over the years, I have worked with leading event management companies in the region.
I have worked across personal and corporate events, employee meets and conferences.
The Shift Towards Non Hotel Venues
Over time, I noticed that most corporate events were being hosted in five-star hotels, often for convenience rather than suitability. At the same time, many interesting properties existed outside this ecosystem.
These were venues with character that could host meaningful events but were rarely considered.
Over the past few years, client expectations have changed, with more teams open to newer venues and different formats.
This experience shapes how Aktivate works today.
Why Aktivate
Aktivate acts as a bridge between venue owners with strong event-ready spaces and corporate clients looking for newer venues and experiences.
Along with venue access, I bring years of on-ground execution experience to keep planning practical and delivery smooth.
