such arrangements will be discussed and aligned in advance to ensure

Do you also provide complete end-to-end event management?

Yes. Aktivate manages end-to-end event planning and execution for
events at Jupiter Beach House. Clients may choose to opt for this
complete service.

Question 3

Is alcohol allowed at Jupiter Beach House?

Accepted Answer

Alcohol can be served only if the required government alcohol license
is obtained. Alcohol is not permitted without a valid license.

Question 4

What are the music and sound timing rules?

Music and amplified sound must stop by 10:00 pm, as per local
regulations. These rules are strictly followed.

Are rooms included in the venue rental?

Accepted Answer

No. The property has two fully furnished, air-conditioned rooms.
These rooms are billed separately, subject to availability.

Can the rooms be used during weddings or events?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The rooms are commonly used as bridal rooms, preparation
rooms, or for hosts and close family members, based on availability.

Can we bring our own caterer?

Yes. Clients can bring their own caterers. All food waste must be
cleared by the caterer after the event and cannot be left at the venue.
Limited live catering options can be arranged at the venue, depending
on the event setup.

Is generator power available at the venue?

Generator power availability can be discussed during planning. This
will be confirmed based on the event requirements.

Can we access the venue a day earlier for event setup or production?

Accepted Answer

If the venue is available, early access can be provided. For elaborate
setups, clients may be required to book the venue for the previous day
as well.

What is the dismantling policy after the event?

If clients appoint their own vendors, all dismantling must be
completed on the same night after the event. The venue must be
handed back clean and clear.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes. A refundable security deposit will be collected. This amount will
be released once the venue is handed back without any damage.

What are the parking arrangements?

Parking must be arranged on the main road. Parking inside the venue
premises is not permitted.
